Texas Catalyst was founded in May 2025 to close persistent gaps in healthcare access for underserved and historically marginalized communities across Central Texas by providing trusted, culturally responsive health education and navigation support. Rooted in community partnerships and lived experience, our work helps individuals and families understand and enroll in health coverage options. including Marketplace plans, Medicaid/CHIP, Medicare, and alternative solutions for gig workers and the self-employed, so they can make informed decisions with dignity and confidence.

Funding through individual donations and community investments is essential to sustaining our operations and expanding our reach, allowing Texas Catalyst to deliver mobile enrollment services, educational workshops, and one-on-one assistance in both urban and rural communities. With donor support, we can scale our impact, strengthen health literacy, and ensure more Texans have access to the care and coverage they need to thrive.
