The Theatre for Kids program breaks down barriers to make the performing arts accessible for ALL kids, regardless of socioeconomic background or ability, introducing them to new dreams and life-changing experiences. 

It all begins with a ticket.

Entering the opulent theatre, being escorted to your seat, the lights going down and the curtain going up, becoming immersed in the world of the actors and artists – it’s nothing short of extraordinary.

But how can a child experience this magic if never given the opportunity?

The Theatre for Kids program makes the performing arts accessible, giving every child the opportunity to enter a new world – the world of the performing arts.

In the kids’ own words, Theatre for Kids experiences are “mind blowing,” and “the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen.” One child even said, “It took me 10 minutes to realize they were real people on the stage!” Another child told his friends, “I need to see other shows like this.” We are instilling in these kids a love and appreciation for a world that was out of reach before Rodman for Kids got involved.

It may all begin with a ticket, but that ticket opens a door to a world of endless possibilities.
