Starting as a local initiative in Western Massachusetts, we've grown into a nationwide presence due to the increasing demand for our Termination for Medical Reasons (TFMR) support groups, a demand that has surged in the wake of the Dobbs decision. With over 1000 families served across 38 states, our impact extends far beyond our humble beginnings.

Despite the growing need for this life saving resource, there are few services like ours, leaving many families without the support they deserve. Our support groups offer more than just a space to navigate grief; they are lifelines for those facing TFMR loss. With two monthly drop-in groups and one closed monthly group for later losses, our facilitators, who have experienced TFMR loss themselves, foster connection and understanding in a way few others can.
