The 24 Fund, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity established to support, develop, and promote Team USA adapted athletics. Our purpose is to create sustainable pathways that help American athletes excel on the world stage.
Founded in 2024 by a Team USA Head Coach in partnership with seasoned financial executives, The 24 Fund, Inc. provides the resources, funding, and advocacy required for adapted athletes to train, compete, and perform at the highest level.
Our flagship initiative is the USA Wheelchair Handball National Team, led by Dr. Ford Dyke. As the first program supported through The 24 Fund, Inc., the team has earned international medals, strengthened its global presence, and built long-term momentum toward Paralympic inclusion.
Through strategic partnerships, fundraising initiatives, and community engagement, we are fueling the growth of Team USA adapted athletics across the country and around the world.

Our volunteer leadership team combines experience in elite athletics, business, and financial stewardship to advance the mission of The 24 Fund, Inc. by creating sustainable pathways for Team USA adapted athletes.
President | Ford Dyke, PhD
A clinical professor, former Team USA athlete, and current Team USA Head Coach, Ford integrates performance science and organizational leadership to advance strategic direction and impact for The 24 Fund, Inc.
Vice President | Rick Stetzer, MBA
An experienced consumer products and real estate investment executive, Rick brings multi-industry expertise in customer engagement, strategic growth, and value creation to advance the mission of The 24 Fund, Inc.
Secretary & Treasurer | Carol Dyke, CFO
A multi-industry financial executive and CFO consultant, Carol strengthens financial reporting, planning, and organizational performance across public, private, and nonprofit environments.

USA Wheelchair Handball is the high-performance program of Team USA dedicated to advancing wheelchair handball on the international stage. Operating under the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee framework, the program is committed to building a sustainable, elite pathway for athletes nationwide.

The team has earned global recognition in recent years, including medals at the 2024 IHF Wheelchair Handball World Championship and the 2025 Euro Hand 4 All International Tournament. These results demonstrate that Operation GOLD is within reach.
