The Alabama Collective Level Up Campaign
The Level Up Campaign is a community-driven effort to expand access to training, certifications, capital and opportunity for HBCU students and entrepreneurs across Alabama. As demand for TAC programs continues to grow, this campaign will help us reach more students, support more founders, and build a stronger, more inclusive workforce pipeline.
Our Goal: $150,000
We are launching the Level Up Campaign with an initial goal of raising $150,000 to expand access to training, certifications, and opportunity across Alabama’s HBCU communities.
This goal represents a critical first step toward meeting the growing demand for our programs.
WHAT YOUR SUPPORT MAKES POSSIBLE
Your support helps us:
Expand certification programs (AWS, Agile, Drone and more)
Support more student founders and early-stage businesses
Increase access to workforce training opportunities
Reach more students across Alabama’s HBCU communities
THE NEED
The demand is growing — faster than our resources.
Across TAC programs, we consistently see more applicants than we can support.
When we opened applications for our AWS certification program:
50+ students applied
Only 10 slots were available
That means talented individuals are being turned away — not because of ability, but because of capacity.
The Level Up Campaign exists to close that gap.
