At The Austin Foundation, we believe every young person deserves the chance to build a bright future. Our mission is to provide educational resources, services, and programs that empower and engage the community in meaningful ways.

We work with youth ages 12–24, focusing on four key areas financial literacy, mental health, life skills, and digital literacy. Through workshops, mentoring, and community events, we give young people the confidence and tools they need to step into adulthood prepared and supported.

Our flagship program, Becoming Young Adults, brings these pillars to life through hands-on experiences that help youth make informed choices about college, careers, and personal well-being. We also reach young people through career labs and basketball tournaments that build both community and real-world skills.
