The Diaspora Collective is a nonprofit rooted in the belief that healing is a human right. We serve communities who have long been excluded from traditional therapy spaces—immigrants, first-generation Americans, queer and trans people, people of color, and those living at the intersections of systemic oppression.

We provide free and sliding-scale mental health care, focusing on individuals navigating trauma, displacement, and intergenerational grief. Our model centers cultural humility and lived experience, not just credentials. That’s why we also invest in training and supervision for clinicians from historically marginalized backgrounds—because our communities deserve therapists who truly understand them.

We offer more than therapy. We hold space for the grief that’s often unnamed, the resilience that’s overlooked, and the truths that go unspoken. Our work is about access, dignity, and care that reflects the communities we serve.
