HoliHub is already making a meaningful impact — offering weekly recovery meetings and holistic wellness workshops through our hybrid model, both online and in person. Together, we’ve served more than 500 individuals seeking healing, connection, and support.

Now, we’re ready to grow — and we need your help.

We now have a physical home through our partnership with Better Buzz Yoga and The Holistic Hub, a dedicated wellness and recovery space in Denver, Colorado where people can gather, heal, and thrive. Each week, we host community-led recovery meetings while expanding access to holistic care through sliding-scale wellness pop-ups, including acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, naturopathic services, and more.

We are building a welcoming space for both healing and healers — offering group therapy, educational workshops, one-on-one counseling, holistic coaching, and community-centered wellness experiences all under one roof.

The Holistic Hub exists for people exploring their relationship with substances or compulsive behaviors, people in recovery, and anyone seeking healthier coping skills, deeper self-understanding, stronger relationships, or a more grounded approach to overall well-being.

At the heart of HoliHub is our personalized recovery and wellness model, rooted in our 8 Tenets of Holistic Health: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, relational, environmental, financial, and digital well-being. We believe healing happens when people are supported as whole human beings, and we provide the tools, guidance, and community needed to support that journey at every stage.
