This year, we're expanding our reach through three programs that meet women exactly where they are.

Joy Circles bring women together in community to breathe, connect, and just be. In a world that asks so much of us, these spaces are a radical act of rest.

Somatic Therapy for Survivors is for women who have carried the weight of sexual and domestic abuse in their bodies for too long. This program offers trauma-informed healing that goes beyond talk therapy because some wounds live deeper than words can reach.

Free Postpartum Doula Services ensure that new mothers aren't left to figure it out alone after birth. That fourth trimester is sacred, and no woman should navigate it without support.

These aren't programs for "someone else." They're for the woman in your neighborhood. Your cousin. Your friend who hasn't told anyone what she's been through. Yourself.
