For many teens and young adults with disabilities, being surrounded by people doesn't mean they have friends. Nearly 40% of autistic young adults spend little or no time with friends, and nearly half have never been invited to a social activity by friends. More than 1 in 4 experience significant social isolation.

Thats why we started The Loop-Delaware.

The Loop is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, social club creating meaningful opportunities for teens and young adults with disabilities to connect, have fun, build friendships, and truly belong. Through monthly social events, our "Loopers" get something that can be surprisingly difficult to find: a place where they are accepted, welcomed, and wanted.

We are run entirely by volunteers, which means every dollar donated goes directly toward creating experiences and opportunities for our Loopers.
