While every effort will be made to apply your gift toward any indicated preference, if any, Contend has complete discretion and control over the use of donated funds. With how our programs operate, we do not offer refunds for donations once they have processed. For example, even if the specific person you indicated a preference for your donation toward is no longer joining the trip, their finances have often already been combined with the team's for non-refundable flights, housing, or other needs of the ministry. For this reason, as an organization we process gifts as non-refundable.
