The Baby Meetup is a grassroots, community-rooted organization that empowers Bronx families to thrive. We offer free, high-quality early childhood and family programming that brings joy, connection, and growth to babies and caregivers alike.

From music and movement to story time, art, and mutual aid, our weekly meetups in the community garden (and cozy indoor sessions during the winter) are designed to nurture relationships, support early learning, and create a village for families who need it most.

 The Baby Meetup was started  in 2023 as I was navigating the isolating early days of motherhood in a neighborhood where enriching, accessible options were scarce. With over 15 years in education, I knew how vital these kinds of spaces were, not just for children, but for the well-being of their caregivers too. So I built the community I had been searching for.
