Mission Support

Every year, young adults age out of foster care with little or no support system. The Cracked Pot Coffee Shop partners with these youth to provide paid job training, life‑skills coaching, and a caring, Christ‑centered community that walks with them into adulthood.

We teach practical skills — workplace habits, budgeting, transportation navigation, and mental‑wellness resources — while offering mentorship and a place to belong.

Your gift keeps our doors open for training opportunities, wages for trainees, and the programs that help young adults move from survival to stability.
