Managing a small business is complicated. Entrepreneurs need access to education and resources in order to support themselves, their families, and their communities through the execution of their own ideas. The Iowa Center provides three lines of direct service to help our clients turn their dreams into plans: business coaching, credit + lending, and tax services. Successful small business leaders can never stop earning, learning or networking, which is why each all of our services include opportunities to build these skills.

We invite you to celebrate the impact of your support on the success of our clients! In 2024, Business Coaching clients created 64 new businesses and 71 new jobs. The Credit + Lending team disbursed $707,212 across 19 new loans. And Tax Services clients filed 16,120 returns and earned over $20 million in state and federal tax refunds.
