From April 27-May 14, 2023, I will be riding 777+ miles (Atlanta to Miami) with nine other amazing A2MIA team members to help bring awareness and raise funds for Lotus House, MIAMI and City of Refuge, ATLANTA. These are two charities that truly strive to aid in improving mental health and reducing oppression, and the risks associated with it.

Together on this journey, we will be faced with a number of challenges, environmental, physical and mental but will push through them everyday to strive for higher self-esteem and the exoneration of negative factors, in order achieve the goals we set out for ourselves all while giving back to the community.

I am so grateful that my story allowed me the opportunity to be chosen as part of this once-in-a- lifetime experience, and to support a cause that impacts so many people’s lives not only in our families, friendships and communities but all across the world.
