The Trauma C.U.R.E. : Creators Using Radical Empathy is a 2 day VIRTUAL LIVE event that will jump start your mental health healing journey! Each day of the event, Dr. Alauna and her special guests will walk you through the foundational skills and information you need to better control your brain, biology and behavior! The event admission includes event materials that you'll receive the week prior to the event that are designed to empower you with practical reminders of how to utilize the Skills Over Pills approach to mental wellness, and you'll also leave with a community of people who understand the power and importance of operating with Empathy.
