With a deep sense of purpose and determination, I have dedicated myself to making a positive impact within our prison communities and beyond!

My son's arrest opened my eyes to the immense pain experienced by system-impacted humans (especially mothers) during jail visits.

It was at that moment that I realized the urgent need for support in these often overlooked and marginalized communities.

TheraPrison began as a podcast and quickly evolved into a powerful online course, offering empowerment and guidance to those struggling to cope.

Along the way, I had the privilege of coaching incarcerated individuals and witnessing their insatiable hunger for personal development.

During my son's trial, while taking therapeutic walks with my dog Lennon, I had a profound realization: Why not implement mental TeleHealth in our prisons?

This inspired the birth of TheraPrison, a revolutionary solution to address the pressing need for mental health support within the corrections system.

Today, TheraPrison is committed to bringing the transformative benefits of mental telehealth to those behind bars.
