Here at Upward Inertia, we are dedicated to helping our community feel and be their best. We believe in the power of mindfulness and meditation to transform mental health, of movement practices to build physical health and reconnect the body to the mind. We believe in the power of community, and the importance of building skills like intentional communication and introspection, so that we can connect with those around us. Here at Upward Inertia, we are on a mission to provide everyone with the education they seek, so that they can show up as their best self, and share that information with those around them.

Your donation today helps support our programs in the Idaho State Prisons, as well as our community outreach programs and the launch of Wellness Warriors, our new youth focused program.

Thanks so much for your support. We can't wait to see you at our future events.
