Come join us for our most popular event of the year! The 4th Annual Thunder in the Dark Sand Volleyball Tournament and Fundraiser is for both competitive and recreational players.

NB Thunder is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization aimed at creating and improving access to educational and recreational opportunities for homeschoolers in the New Braunfels area. The organization was founded in 2022 by a collaboration of homeschool parents who sought to replicate the athletic and extracurricular opportunities that could only be found in San Antonio or Austin.

In just three short years, the organization has grown beyond our wildest dreams. What began as an idea to offer competitive volleyball has blossomed into a vibrant community of more than 300 families participating in eight different interscholastic sports and extracurricular activities such as our Homecoming Dance and Spring Picnic.

We are thrilled and blessed to be able to serve the community in this way.
