Tidal Wave Car Wash Coupon Fundraiser

Support your athlete and earn money back toward player fees with one of our easiest fundraisers of the season.

From June 15-30, families can participate in our Tidal Wave Car Wash Coupon Fundraiser by sharing their athlete’s name with friends and family who purchase coupon through our fundraiser link.

How It Works

Sell $10 Car Wash Coupons (valid for one Graph-X4 + Super Shammy wash, a $30 value)
THESA receives 50% cash back
That 50% is applied directly to the participating athlete’s player fees

This is a simple way to lower your athlete’s costs while offering friends and family something they can actually use.

Fundraiser Dates

June 15-30

All purchases must be made during this fundraising window to count toward player fee credits.

How to Participate

Share the fundraiser link with friends and family
Make sure buyers select your athlete’s name when purchasing
THESA will track all eligible purchases and apply credits to your athlete’s player fees

Coupon Distribution

These are physical coupons, not digital cards.

Athletes are responsible for delivering the coupons to the people who purchased using their name.

Pick-Up Information

Cross Creek Church
Saturday, July 11
8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Families should plan to pick up their coupons during this time. Those purchasing coupons will be asked if they will pick up their coupons themselves on July 11 or need the athlete to arrange pickup from them.

If your coupons are not picked up by 11:00 AM on July 11, the coaches/admins for your sport will take possession of the remaining coupons and coordinate delivery to you so you can get them your participating families.

Important Reminder

If someone purchases using your athlete’s name, your family is responsible for making sure that buyer receives their coupons.
