The Thomas Institute of Excellence is non-profit organization dedicated to fostering
leadership skills in young men – inspiring them to build relationships, serve their
community, and become civic leaders. Through our Signature TIE Program,
members build character by developing a strong work ethic, self-respect, high
academic aspirations, a spirit of entrepreneurship, respect for women, and the
ability to empathize and recognize the experiences of others. Our greatest desire is
to teach "service before self."

The vision for the Thomas Institute of Excellence was born out of my realization that
too many young men lacked mentors within their families and communities to
grow into thriving, servient leaders. Having been raised around strong male
influences in my life, I wanted to sow the seeds to foster a legacy of success around
the communities that poured so much into me. Since the organization's inception
in 2018, it has been an honor watching these young men grow.

It’s time to turn the page to the future, which means not only shifting focus to the 2026 season and its developing talented roster but also reconnecting with our community to find the next wave of Baytown Baseball sponsors. To rise to this challenge, our team urgently needs upgraded equipment, advanced training technology, and field improvements that will allow us to compete on equal footing with other programs. These upgrades will not only elevate our game but also open new doors for our athletes, positioning them for future success on and off the field.
