My name is Erica Davenport and I am the founder of Turning Insecurities to Opportunities, Inc. (T.I.T.O.).

This organization was not created from theory—it was created from real life. From struggle. From second chances. From the understanding that too many people in our communities are one bad decision, one missed opportunity, or one lack of support away from losing everything.

I know this because I’ve lived it.

I come from East Cleveland, where survival often comes before stability. I experienced the pull of fast money, the consequences of wrong decisions, and the cycle that so many people find themselves trapped in. But I also experienced something powerful—the opportunity to change.

That change is why T.I.T.O. exists today.

Our Mission
Turning Insecurities to Opportunities is committed to helping individuals rebuild their lives by providing:
• Food assistance and essential resources
• Clothing, hygiene items, and basic necessities
• One-on-one support and group guidance
• Access to recovery resources and life skills development
• Community outreach that meets people where they are

We don’t just provide services—we provide hope, direction, and a second chance.

Why We Need Your Help
The need in our community continues to grow. Every week, we encounter individuals and families facing:
• Food insecurity
• Homelessness or unstable housing
• Recovery challenges
• Lack of access to basic resources

We are doing everything we can—but we cannot do it alone.
