Today, three puppies—Clifford, Big Red, and Cleo—were rescued from a house fire. When firefighters found them, they were covered in soot and struggling to breathe from smoke inhalation. They were immediately placed on oxygen at the scene, which saved their lives.

Miraculously, they have no visible burns, but smoke inhalation can be just as dangerous, especially for puppies this young. They are on their way to the emergency vet right now, as they needed to exit the shelter by 6PM to give them the best possible chance.

We are racing against the clock—and the cost of emergency oxygen, diagnostics, monitoring, and treatment is significant. We urgently need help covering their vet bills.
