Every day, families facing lawsuits come to The Milestone Foundation while struggling to pay for food, housing, transportation, childcare, and other basic needs. When someone is unable to work or facing financial hardship, waiting for a lawsuit to resolve can put an enormous strain on the entire family.

The need is growing faster than we can meet it. Your support helps us reach more families with ethical, transparent financial assistance when they need it most.

We believe financial support should help people through difficult times, not take advantage of them. That’s why our work is centered on people, not profit. Your gift directly helps The Milestone Foundation provide stability to plaintiffs and their families during some of the most uncertain moments of their lives.

In honor of our ten year anniversary as the only nonprofit in the country committed to fair plaintiff funding, all gifts will be matched.

Together, we can make sure more families have the support they need while they wait for justice.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, donations to The Milestone Charitable Foundation are tax-deductible.
