TMS Global equips and sustains disciple-makers to share the gospel cross-culturally, with a focus on least-reached communities. Our work follows an integrated Train–Mobilize–Serve strategy that strengthens individuals, churches, and global partners while ensuring long-term sustainability of mission leaders. 

Train: We provide rigorous cross-cultural training for pastors, lay leaders, young adults, and mission workers through programs such as the H.T. and Alice Maclin Mission Training Institute, Thrive pastoral formation, and partnerships like the Across Alliance. In FY25, more than 3,100 disciple-makers were equipped across 29 countries, including pastors and leaders addressing burnout, leadership development, and cultural competency. 

Mobilize: We help individuals and churches discern and live into their missional calling through church coaching, small-group curricula, pastoral cohorts, and immersive experiences. Programs such as Activate, Immerse, Who Is My Neighbor?, and Greenlight mobilize churches, small groups, and emerging leaders for local and global engagement. In FY25, 195 individuals from 8 churches, multiple pastoral cohorts, and young adults exploring long-term mission service participated in these pathways. 

Serve: We provide holistic care and long-term support for cross-cultural witnesses and their families, including specialized care for Third Culture Kids. Through member care, crisis support, global gatherings, and strategic coaching, we address the leading causes of mission attrition. On the mission fields around the globe, our workers serve their communities through things like job creation, clean water and education. In FY25, we served 124 cross-cultural witnesses and families, including 89 children, and supported 22 international partners, contributing to a field-retention rate of 72%, well above the global average. 

Together, these programs strengthen leaders, churches, and global partners to sustain gospel impact where access to Christ remains limited.
