Hi, I’m Saloni—a volunteer trapper, transporter, and advocate working to protect North Bergen’s community cats.
When I first got involved with TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return), I didn’t realize how many cats in our area were struggling just to survive. Now, I’m part of a small but dedicated team that’s working to change that—one cat at a time.
I personally trap, transport, and care for cats post-surgery to make sure they’re safe and recovering well. I also help organize fundraisers like this one to cover the rising costs of medical care and supplies. Each cat costs at least $115 to TNR, and many need extra help—like fluids, flea treatment, and dewormers.
Beyond the hands-on work, I also lobby local officials to fight for a fully funded, city-supported TNR program—because we believe that caring for our animals should be a shared responsibility.
Your support doesn’t just fund a surgery. It gives a cat a chance at a better, safer life. Thank you for being part of this mission with us 💛🐾
