At Today I Feel, we believe emotional wellness should be accessible to all—especially children and communities that need it most.

Our Check-In Cards help kids and adults identify their feelings, reflect throughout the day, and build emotional vocabulary in a gentle, engaging way. But many schools, community centers, and families can’t afford to access these tools.
