Story
Support the Downtown Women's Center's mission of ending homelessness for women in greater Los Angeles through housing, wellness, employment, and advocacy by participating in Together Housed!
Last year, our community helped us launch our first-ever Together Housed campaign. Together, we raised more than $700,000 to help the 5,000+ women DWC serves who are dually impacted by the pandemic and our city’s ongoing affordable housing crisis.
This year, we invite you to join our – now annual – Together Housed campaign to raise much-needed funds so we can meet the higher demand for supportive services, meals, employment opportunities, and housing for women experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles
Raise more than $1,000 and receive a DWC Together Housed t-shirt and a $15 MADE by DWC gift card! Follow the steps below and thanks for your support!
The Downtown Women’s Center (DWC) is the only organization in Los Angeles focused exclusively on serving and empowering women experiencing homelessness and formerly homeless women.
DWC envisions a Los Angeles with every woman housed and on a path to personal stability. Its mission is to end homelessness for women in greater Los Angeles through housing, wellness, and advocacy. Founded in 1978, DWC was the first permanent supportive housing provider for women in the U.S.
