Tortilla and Salsa Cooking Class
Saturday, August 13th, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM CDT

During this interactive cooking class with expert Mexican cook Blanca Guzman, you will learn how to make your own homemade corn and flour tortillas. You will also learn to make authentic pico de gallo, salsa and guacamole. We will provide the homemade carne asada filling, and you will enjoy the tasty fruits of your labor and some delicious margaritas at the end of class. You will have plenty of tortillas and toppings to bring home to share with your family.
