For Asher, autism means daily challenges with sensory overload and social situations that can make the world feel overwhelming. Her parents, loving and devoted, have worked tirelessly to provide her with tools to navigate life, but sometimes it feels like a constant uphill climb.

Then came the horses. The gentle rhythm of riding, the velvety touch of her horse’s nose, and the quiet connection between them gave Asher something no therapy session in an office ever could: peace. With the guidance of her adaptive riding instructor and the steady partnership of her horse, Asher has grown. Her balance and coordination improved, her confidence blossomed, and the calmness she felt during her rides began to spill over into her everyday life.

But like many families, Asher’s faces financial hurdles. Her dad recently took a pay cut at work, and they struggle to make ends meet. The thought of losing this life-changing connection was heartbreaking for them.

Thanks to the Manes and Miracles Scholarship Fund, Asher has been able to continue her sessions, and her journey of healing with horses hasn’t missed a beat. Now, we need your help to keep this magic alive for children like Asher.
