Hoosick Regional Emergency Medical Services is a dedicated emergency medical services provider proudly serving the Town of Hoosick and surrounding communities. As a not-for-profit organization, our mission is to deliver timely, compassionate, and professional pre-hospital care to those in need, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Founded on a commitment to public safety and community service, the Rescue Squad is composed of both paid and volunteer EMTs, AEMTs, paramedics, and support staff. Our team is highly trained and equipped to respond to a wide range of medical emergencies, from routine transports to critical trauma situations. We continually invest in our personnel, equipment, and training to ensure the highest standard of care.

Hoosick Regional EMS operates with integrity, transparency, and accountability, guided by strong leadership and governed by a volunteer board of directors. We actively collaborate with neighboring EMS agencies, fire departments, law enforcement, and local hospitals to ensure seamless care across the region.

In addition to emergency response, we engage in public education, CPR and first aid training, and community outreach initiatives, reinforcing our role not only as responders, but as trusted partners in public health and safety.
