Toy Drive 2025 Sponsorship

The WaHI Chamber Holiday Mixer & Toy Drive is back!

Sponsorships are available for this well-attended annual event, to be held on Thursday, December 4th, in Washington Heights. Sponsorship will promote your brand to a vibrant local community, reach attendees and extended networks, support local children and families during the holidays, and help strengthen ties with business and civic leaders. All sponsors will be given the opportunity for promotional exposure at three different levels of sponsorship, including email campaigns, social media, and event flyers.

Community Sponsor - Logo placement on event program and Chamber newsletter; Social media mention as an event sponsor; Recognition during event announcements; 2 complimentary tickets to the event. ($300)

Holiday Sponsor - All benefits above, plus: Logo featured on event flyers and promotional materials; Social media mention as an event sponsor; 3 complimentary tickets to the event; Opportunity to provide branded items or promotional materials for attendees. ($500)

Celebration Sponsor - All benefits above, plus: Premium logo placement on all event promotions (flyers, email blasts, social media); 6 complimentary tickets to the event; Opportunity to display a banner or signage at the event; Verbal recognition as a Presenting Sponsor during opening remarks; Option to set up a sponsor table/display at the event. ($1,000)
