Rebekah is a Holistic & Spiritual Wellness Coach based in Lake Tahoe, CA. Her approach brings clarity, direction and positive support for her clients. Her goal is to guide each individual to connecting to their own inner wisdom. She is certified in Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda Health and as a Breathwork Facilitator and has been studying Shamanic & Somatic therapy for several years. She creates safe, loving containers where individuals can feel free to let go, surrender & trust in the process of healing.
