Your support can provide a research experience for these highly talented and motivated students to begin developing their career aspirations. Join in our Building Excellence...Transforming Lives campaign to raise $150,000 over the 2026-2027 academic year. Through this campaign we seek to increase the number of HBCU students developing significant knowledge-based research skillsets through structured research mentoring by top research faculty at their home institution.

Statistics show that around 80% of students that participate in undergraduate research go on to enroll in graduate school. The Ralph W. Turner Foundation believes these experiences build academic and research excellence and thus transforms the lives of student participants.
