6-Week Virtual Trauma Healing Course

This 6-week virtual trauma healing course is offered through the Honor Yoga Foundation as a donation-based program. Most participants choose to sponsor themselves through a tax-deductible donation, which also serves as their registration for the course.

Your contribution may also be used to sponsor another participant in need—helping expand access to trauma-aware healing for those facing financial hardship.

How Registration Works

This program is offered on a sponsor-by-donation model:

When you donate, you are reserving your place in the 6-week course
Most participants are sponsoring themselves
You may also choose to sponsor someone else, or contribute to the scholarship pool
All donations directly support program delivery and access

Once your donation is received, you will receive next steps to complete registration and onboarding.

Over six weeks, participants receive:

Weekly live, facilitated virtual sessions
Trauma-aware yoga, breathwork, and nervous system regulation tools
