A Valley United Soccer Club fundraiser, the Tree Farm 5k is a true cross-country style race you won't find anywhere else. With reviews like "super hard" and "oh man that was tough!" you'll challenge yourself with epic climbs and then be rewarded with sweeping views and long downhills. This race is entirely off-road on a Carroll County tree farm - cross-country spikes are welcome! - and with no gimicks like mud pits or jumping over fire, it'll be the toughest 5k you'll run all year.

*NEW FOR 2025: the Tri-County Trifecta!* - In partnership with Haven Shala Yoga + Wellness Studio and the Bolivar Runners Club, the Tree Farm 5k is first in a series of 3 events, followed by the SV Family Track Night (a family track meet for all ages held in July 2025) and the Locktoberfest 9k race (a road/path race held in conjunction with Locktoberfest in late September 2025). Athletes who are verified to have competed in all 3 events will receive a Tri-County Trifecta participation award at the Locktoberfest 9k, with the top overall finisher in all 3 combined events being crowned our Tri-County Champion!
