The Treston Project is a fundraising effort started by M&R Service in Farmington, New Mexico. The idea is simple: for every online review the company receives (on Google, Facebook, etc.), they donate $20 into the Treston Project Fund. At the end of the year, the total funds collected are given directly to local families in need, particularly those facing significant medical bills or financial hardship.

• The project was inspired by one of the company’s owners who experienced the financial strain of serious medical issues firsthand and wanted to help others in similar situations.

• Funds raised have been used to support local families — including substantial surprise gifts to help with medical expenses and other crises — with all donations going straight to the recipients.
