Your donation supports immediate crisis stabilization services, trauma-informed transportation, and long-term recovery pathways for individuals experiencing mental or behavioral health crises.

Every day, individuals in crisis turn to overcrowded hospitals or law enforcement because there is nowhere else to go. Truly Cares is changing that.

We will provide:

24/7 behavioral health crisis stabilization
Psychiatric evaluation & medication management
Supportive counseling & short-term observation
Care coordination and discharge planning
Trauma-informed transportation to and from care
Connections to outpatient, inpatient, and community treatment

Truly Cares is a safe, structured alternative to hospitalization or police involvement — restoring the behavioral health safety net our community has desperately needed.

After Dyer Health Care closed, thousands of residents were left without safe ways to access mental health care. Truly Cares is fixing that.

We will offer and coordinate:

Crisis transport to the stabilization center
Safe rides home after discharge
Follow-up appointment transport
Medication-run transport
Future in-house Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)
Long-term mobility support for clients in recovery
