Trinity Support Group Services Senior Outreach Programs
Each year from May through October, Trinity Support Group Services dedicates six full months to enriching the lives of Metro Detroit seniors through monthly outreach events. These gatherings bring together older adults for social connection, music, games, and uplifting activities that combat isolation and build community.

Our outreach season includes themed celebrations, educational sessions, and interactive programs hosted at senior apartment buildings, assisted living communities, and neighborhood centers. Every event is designed to create joy, foster friendships, and provide practical resources for healthier, more fulfilling lives.

To wrap up the season, we host an annual Health & Wellness Fair, offering free screenings, fitness demonstrations, nutrition tips, and access to local healthcare providers and community partners. This signature event empowers seniors and their families with tools to stay active, informed, and engaged year-round.

Through these initiatives, Trinity Support Group Services extends our mission beyond the home—supporting seniors not only with daily care but also with vibrant, meaningful experiences that enhance their overall well-being.
