The Prospect Hill Community Foundation is dedicated to providing after-school enrichment to the youth of the Prospect Hill Terrace community in Waltham, MA.

Our flagship After-School Program is a safe, welcoming space for up to 35 participants daily, operating Monday through Friday during the fall and spring. This program offers more than just homework help—it provides healthy snacks, engaging activities, and invaluable social-emotional support. Children build lasting relationships with local university students, fondly referred to as their "college buddies," while benefiting from the guidance of our compassionate program director, who collaborates with families to tailor support to each child’s unique needs and interests. With over 90% student retention, the program continues to be a vital source of joy, growth, and connection for our participants, who often highlight making new friends and time spent with their "college buddies" as the best parts of their experience.
