Give Every 4th and 5th Grader the Chance to Experience Nature’s Classroom!

Nature’s Classroom is more than just an overnight field trip, it’s a powerful, hands-on learning experience that brings science, teamwork, and discovery to life in the great outdoors.

During this multi-day adventure, 4th and 5th grade students:
🌿 Explore the natural world through interactive lessons and hikes
🤝 Strengthen friendships and build trust through team-building activities
🧠 Deepen their curiosity and confidence outside the classroom
💬 Create memories that will last a lifetime

For many of our students, Nature’s Classroom is their first overnight trip away from home, and a chance to grow in ways that can’t be taught from a textbook.

However, the cost of the trip can be a challenge for some families. We’re raising funds to provide scholarships that ensure every student can attend, no matter their financial situation.

Your support helps cover program fees, meals, lodging, and transportation for students in need.

We're raising funds specifically for Nature's Classroom. If we raise more than we need or if plans change, any leftover funds will go toward other important projects supported by Friends of Suder.
