Every Monday and Thursday, people of all ages and fitness levels come together in Lawrence, Indiana, to improve their physical health, strengthen their mental wellness, and build meaningful connections within the community. What started as a simple hill workout has grown into a powerful platform that brings families, youth, and adults together around a shared goal: living longer, healthier lives.

Through The Hill 317, participants have access to free fitness programming, community resources, mentorship opportunities, health initiatives, and family-friendly events that promote wellness and positive lifestyle changes.
