Operation Amani is a certified non profit organization that assists individuals and families to heal, rediscover purpose, build stable and productive lives that strengthen the broader community. The organization provides comprehensive support to individuals impacted by the criminal justice system, including those recently incarcerated or at risk of incarceration; with a focus on youth, young adults, and adults facing barriers to reentry and opportunity.

The Reentry Engagement Program was developed to assist and support individuals successfully reintegrate into society, heal from past trauma, and build a positive future through mentorship and meaningful connections.

Through mentoring, counseling, reentry support, workforce development and community based programming, the Reentry Engagement Program offers comprehensive, trauma-informed support for individuals and families impacted by incarceration, poverty, and systemic barriers.
