The Lincoln County Dream Up! Committee is excited to invite you to support our Mid-Summer Dream Up! Fundraiser, an initiative dedicated to strengthening our local workforce by supporting families and the child care professionals they depend on.

Working parents face one of the biggest barriers to employment: finding reliable, affordable child care. At the same time, child care providers are working tirelessly to meet the needs of families while navigating rising costs and limited resources. The result affects all of us, from local employers struggling to fill positions to families forced to delay or leave the workforce.

Your gift will directly support two initiatives working to change that:

The Child Care Coalition of Wisconsin (3CWI) is building the Care Connect - Reserve, an innovative workforce solution that connects employers, families, and child care providers on a single platform.

Childcaring's Adopt a Provider is a community giving initiative that features a convenient tax-deductible way for individuals, businesses, and organizations to donate to local child care providers. Adopt a Provider is an easy way for EVERYONE to help fund classroom materials, safety improvements, professional development, equipment, and other essential needs that often go unmet.

Together, these efforts strengthen the foundation of our local economy by supporting the professionals who make it possible for parents to work.
