Moana Nursery is locally owned and operated serving northern Nevada with nursery and landscaping services since 1967. We are proud to support Urban Roots in their mission to change the way children eat and learn through garden-based education. Gardening is a lifestyle that grows healthy minds, thus healthy bodies, so our purpose aligns perfectly with Urban Roots. Moana Nursery has 3 convenient locations: South Virginia, Reno; Pyramid Way, Sparks; Moana Lane, Reno. The Florist at Moana Lane is renowned for the modern, botanical floral arrangements, while the Rock Yard at South Viriginia has a one-stop shop for all types of decorative/construction rock, soil, bark sand amendments and boulders. We are most proud of our farm in Oregon. Our Moana Grown plants and trees are specifically grown for our challenging high desert environment. We hope by partnering with Urban Roots we can inspire young gardeners to join us in our goal to increase our community's tree canopy and further our unique quality of life here in the biggest little city in the world.
