Montclair Ultimate 2024 Spring Support

Our History

The team started back in 2017 with only a few players who tossed the disc around every once in a while. The team began competing in 2019. Then, in 2020 we lost our seniors who made up a majority of the team and we were left with only ten players. We were a small program, few knew about us, and there weren’t even enough players to field a game. But look at us now! We’ve got two teams (Varsity and Junior Varsity), over forty kids, and are now an Official 501C3 Nonprofit organization! We won our first Big tournament last year at Born To Dive, and have continued our winning streak by winning Halloween Havoc and Spring Fling. Recently we also won our state tournament! This was a huge accomplishment as no team other than Columbia and Westfield have won in over twenty years! We are excited to see where the team goes and what we accomplish in the future.

Why We Need Your Support

Our team strongly believes in giving everybody a chance to play ultimate. We as a team go to many out of state and overnight tournaments that cost money. We also have other costs associated with equipment, such as jerseys and discs, along with paying our coach. We work with our sponsors to help pay for many of these things but it would be great if you could help us support our players! Your money will be well spent helping to give everybody a chance to play the sport of ultimate.

• Like geese, we fly together to soar farther than any of us could alone.
• Like geese, we take turns being at the front of the formation. It's up to us all to lead the way and do what needs to be done.
• Like geese, we adjust the flock when one of us falls out of formation.
• Like geese, those of us at the back of the V honk and encourage those in the front
