Jeep Raffle Official Terms & Conditions

ELIGIBILITY

Must be 18 years or older to purchase a raffle ticket.
Raffle is open to legal U.S. residents, void where prohibited.

TICKET SALES

Raffle tickets are $25 each.
Bundle discounts are available: 5 for $100
Tickets may be purchased online (where permitted), at designated in-person locations, or directly from authorized representatives.
No more than 1000 tickets will be sold.
Deadline for online ticket purchase is Sept. 12, 2025 at 12:00am.

DRAWING DETAILS

The drawing will be held on September 13, 2025.
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
Winner need not be present to win.
Winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at purchase.

PRIZE INFORMATION

The prize is 1996 Jeep Cherokee, VIN1J4FJ78S2TL208206
Prize must be picked up in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Delivery will not be provided.
Vehicle is awarded as-is, with no warranties or guarantees by United Way of the Klamath Basin.

WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES

Winner is responsible for:

All federal, state, and local taxes
Title, registration, and licensing fees
Insurance and any other costs associated with vehicle ownership

Prize is not redeemable for cash and not transferable.
Winner must provide valid government-issued ID and complete any required tax documentation.

Ticket purchases are not tax-deductible.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
