FAQ's

Are the workouts all CrossFit?

They will be CrossFit in nature, however they will also be very adaptable and have the ability to be modified to any and all levels of fitness. Our coaches are all highly skilled and experienced in providing a safe, fun, and challenging workout for all who are attending.

What if I don't do CrossFit?

Totally fine! We can modify every movement of every workout to all levels and experiences of personal fitness.

Is this an overtly Christian event?

The SALT Conference is designed to help those who are either curious about further investigating their personal faith or those who would consider themselves Christians.

Why is it called the SALT Conference?

We call it the SALT Conference for 2 reasons.

1) Matthew 5:13-16.

2) This is an Eleventh Element Ministries event and the 11th element on the periodic table is sodium (salt).

Can I sponsor the event either individually or through my business/company?

Absolutely. We have a sponsorship "bundle" option. This option also gets you a general admission ticket to the event!

Can I apply for a scholorship?

Yes! We have a couple scholarship spots open to those who can express a real financial burden along with a strong desire to attend! Reach out to Logan@EleventhElement.org to discuss scholarship opportunities.

What are the sessions going to be about?

This year, the theme will be "The Resilient Disciple" based off 2 Timothy 2:1-7. Paul uses three metaphors when expressing what a disciple of Jesus should look like. A soldier, an athlete, and a farmer. Each session this year will explore one of these three characters.
