Litchfield Watercade Food Vendor

The fees for this year’s events are $150.00 per day or $250.00 for both days. Friday is out at Lake Ripley. “Art in the Park” will be at Central Park (downtown) and the Grande Day Parade will be on Saturday. Please note that if you elect to participate in both days, you will need to move your stand from Memorial Park on Lake Ripley to Central Park on Saturday morning.

We hope you will join us this year! We are currently taking vendor reservations. Friday activities will be at Lake Ripley Park. On Saturday, Art in the Park will be downtown in Central Park. 

Set-Up Times:

Friday, July 7th: Lake Ripley Park at 6:00 PM. Vendors can start setting up at 1:00 PM and MUST be set up by 4:30 PM. A Watercade official will help direct you to your location.

Saturday, July 8th: Art in the Park (Central Park) begins at 9:00 AM and continues until 4:00 PM. Vendors may start setting up at 6:00 AM and MUST be set up by 7:30 AM. The Grand Day Parade will start at 4:00 pm. You will not need to move your stand, once set up in the morning, if you wish to remain set up during the Parade.

  2. 1. CURRENT CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE
    2. SIGNED VENDOR AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT
    3. CHECK MADE OUT TO LITCHFIELD WATERCADE (FOR THE AMOUNT DUE)

Electricity is limited, so YOU MUST bring a generator if your stand requires power. Early set-up or trailer-dropping will not be allowed. Any stands/vehicles on the premises before the set-up times (as listed above) will be towed at the owner’s expense.
