My birthday is March 16th and my birthday wish is for your support to send kids interested in a career in law enforcement to the NOBLE (National Organization of Black Law Enforcement) Conference in New Orleans. I will attend with several of our Black Pittsburgh Police Officers. Travel, hotel and registration costs $5,000 for every 3 people we send. I would like to send 12 or more...
